Forgiveness, earth, and sky

Allah SWT says: O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great at it. (Hadith Qudsi by at-Tirmidhi and Ahmad ibn Hanbal)

  3. i Think there r alot more to discuss, specially bout our faith…. do u agreee with me that in Koran we r told just the implicit meaning nor the xplicit?????

that’s why i would rather read kinda different “mahzab of Islam” than read Koran…

surely ur blog enlightened.btw have u do taubah???

“do u agreee with me that in Koran we r told just the implicit meaning nor the xplicit?????”

i don’t quiet agree with your statement, but if there’s any doubt about the meaning of Quran, we use Sunnah to give us an insight understanding about one surah (for example).

“that’s why i would rather read kinda different “mahzab of Islam” than read Koran…”

are you sure it is not the other way around ? why is that so ? muslim’s guidance life is Quran and Sunnah. i think that is what we should read in firstly above everything else.

    salam.

  5. Al Quran and Sunnah are the sources of Islam. Mahzab in Islam is one of a lot of way to understand what Islam is, surely based on Al Quran and Sunnah. So the four mahzab basically do not try opposing moslem each other. They tried to explain the detail of Al Quran and Sunnah for our daily life. Salam
