Follow these steps:
- Take 10 stalks of citronella and palm sugar as big as your thumb.
- Remove the peel of citronella then wash it.
- Crush it then boiled with 2 cups of water.
- Add palm sugar onto this ingredients.
- After getting hot and leaving one cup, lift it up.
- Then let it getting cool and you can filter it.
- Drink it 3 times a week.
- If your health is getting better, decreased become once a week, twice a week, then once a month gradually.
